At least until they graduate from university and have a real job in the society.
If you don't want to pay for the tickets, I've told you I will use my money that I earn from working 11 hours a day or from scholarship that I got.
Last year, I got 48.000 yen/ month for a year which means the total is around 500.000 yen something.
My school fee is around 300.000 yen/year, so even if I used that money to pay my school fee, the rest 200.000 yen could be used to buy the free pass (around 90.000 yen), and the rest for my trip to osaka last year.
This year, I already got 180.00 yen for 6 months. With the money that I got from 3 part time jobs that Im doing, I may cover the expense for free pas and monthly expense. So basically, I can live without your money. So, that's it? You wanna stop doing your obligation just because I'm working my ass off day by day, unlike my brother, whom I respect very much for his decision not to have a part time job, and my other cousins, whom I believe never had like working 11 hours a day to earn money when they still in university.
I work my ass off day by day to earn money, surely to minimize the burden of you guys. But there's only 1 thing that I want the most. Going home once in a year. Told ya that I will use my money if you are not willing to buy me ticket. But why do you still disagree?
I worked pretty much, so for damn sure I earn and own the money. And I can use it for whatever I want.
